Postobón — door-to-door distribution mobile app for wholesalers

The challenge

The previous distribution system relied on manual reports with a 48-hour delay. Zone managers made decisions with outdated data, causing overstock on some routes and stockouts on others.

We needed a solution that captured data from the field (GPS, deliveries, returns, photos) and turned it into actionable dashboards in under 5 minutes.

The solution

We built a three-layer platform: a React Native mobile app for the field team, a Node.js API with eventual sync, and an analytics dashboard with real-time visualizations. All integrated with SAP through custom middleware.
