The challenge

Deprisa's legacy infrastructure ran on physical servers with 94% uptime, unacceptable for a real-time tracking service. Every hour of downtime meant thousands of packages without visibility.

The challenge was to migrate with zero downtime while modernizing the tracking platform used by millions of people every month.

The solution

We implemented a serverless architecture on AWS with multi-region failover. The new tracking platform was built as a single-page app with real-time updates over WebSockets, removing the need for manual refresh.
