How is it possible to have my online store ready in 5 days?

We work with our own optimized platform that lets us configure your store in record time. Day 1 we receive your logo, catalog and contact info. Days 2-4 we design, upload products, set up payment gateways and technical SEO. Day 5 your store is live and selling. After launch, your Simphony team stays active month after month optimizing.

What do I need to provide to get started?

Three basics: your logo in digital format (PNG or SVG), photos and descriptions of your products (name, price, photo), and your business contact information. If you don't have everything ready, we start with what's available and complete it during the monthly support.

What happens after the 5-day launch?

The continuous monthly support begins. This includes: store monitoring, security updates, GA4 analytics reports, strategic advisory and ongoing adjustments. We don't deliver the store and disappear — we stay with you month after month optimizing your sales channel.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade at any time (for example, from Activar to Escalar). The change takes effect within 15 business days. Downgrading is only possible after the 6-month minimum commitment ends.

What happens if I want to cancel before 6 months?

We understand it's a big decision. The 6-month commitment exists because the cost of designing and building your store (valued between $1,500,000 and $3,000,000 COP) is already included in your monthly plan — we don't charge setup separately. If you decide to leave early, you only pay 70% of what's left (not 100%). For example, if you cancel at month 4 on the Activar plan, you pay ~$700k instead of $1M. It's a fair way to share the build cost we already invested in your store. After 6 months, cancel anytime with 30 days' notice, zero penalty.

Who owns my store and my content?

Your content (photos, texts, customer data, orders) is yours and always will be. If the contract ends, we deliver a copy of everything. The technology platform (code, technical design, configurations) is property of Simphony and is licensed during the contract term.

What payment gateways can I use?

We integrate up to 3 payment gateways on the Activar Plan. Options include Wompi, Mercado Pago, PSE, Nequi, Daviplata, credit cards and PayPal. Each gateway charges its own transaction fees directly — we do not charge commissions on your sales.

Do you guarantee sales?

No. We deliver an optimized store, the data and strategic recommendations. But your business results depend on factors like your product, your market and your marketing investment. What we do guarantee is that your store will be online 99.5% of the time, and that you'll have an active team working on your sales channel every month.

Are there hidden costs or additional fees?

No. The published price is a fixed monthly rate, tax included. No transaction fees, no platform usage charges, no surprise costs. The only fees you pay are from the payment gateways (Wompi, Mercado Pago, etc.), which are independent from Simphony.

How fast does my store load?

Our stores are optimized to load in under 3 seconds. We include dedicated hosting, SSL certificate, CDN (on Escalar Plan), and technical image and code optimization. Load speed is critical for ecommerce conversion and Google indexing — it's a technical priority on every project.
